Daniel was dying to watch the Women's Bassmaster Tournament weigh in that took place in Hendersonville this past week. So, we went! It was kinda fun to watch all these ladies bring up their big catch to be weighed in front of the crowd at Academy sports - oh the suspense!! The co-angler winner (the one who fishes off the back of the boat) won a $30,000 boat package and the Angler winner won a $50,000 boat package. Not bad. Guess what Daniel thinks my new hobby should be? Professional bass tournaments!

Wondering what this picture has to do with this blog??Bryan Velvick - the guy who was on the NBC show "The Bachelor" a couple of years ago - is also a professional bass fisherman and the girl he met on the show, Mary, has gotten into the sport as well. They were at the weigh in and I turned all "paparazzi" on them and took their pic has they drove by in his big truck(below). I'm such a star struck dork! :)
